Today May 18th 2023 I fired my Realtor/ Associate Broker Sonja Zoey from True Real Estate. TIANA both lied and withheld information about a buyer that I refused to sell my house to twice before. When I was asked to sign a new offer I asked both Sonja and Tiana if the buyer was the same person I refused to sell my house to twice before. Both Sonja and Tiana said it was not the same problem buyer and was a different Person. They tricked me into signing a new contract that I never would have signed if they would have been honest about the new buyer being the same problem buyer. COMMISSION WAS # ONE WITH SONJA AND TIANA AND THEY WERE WILLING TO LIE AND WITH OLD CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUYER TO MAKE A sale. I spoke to the buyers Attorney and he stated that the problem buyer and the new buyer are the same person. This contract would have never been signed had Sonja and Tiana not lied and withheld buyer indenty. It was a terrible experience working with True Real Estate and Sonja and Tiana. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. !!!!!!!!

We recently had a great selling experience with True Realty. It was hassle free!! Our realtor was the owner, Jen True and she helped us through the whole process. She was in constant contact with us and would always answer our phone calls or texts whenever we had questions. We had other realtors come look at our home but we felt most comfortable with Jen. If we had another home to sell, we would definitely use Jen again. I would suggest if you have a house to sell or looking to buy, just make one call call to True Reality and ask for Jen.Bob & Missy Prange

Tiana made home buying an enjoyable experience. We all know how stressful it can be to buy a house, but Tiana went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home. By the time we signed our closing papers she took us to see at least 15 homes, and even one home (we ended up purchasing) 3 separate times. She was so flexible and accommodating with our ever changing needs based on family and work. Truly a great realtor that we will absolutely work with again in the future!

I don't typically write reviews, in fact I have probably only written 3 or 4 total in my life. But I cannot say enough good things about True Real Estate. We listened to Jen True's advice, and followed it to letter. I have never had a smoother transaction in all my life. Selling your home can be stressful, but I can honestly say, we felt ZERO stress through this whole process. I highly recommend True Real Estate! And, if I can give one piece of advice (if you are fortunate enough to work directly with Jen True) and that is DO EXACTLY WHAT SHE SUGGESTS! You will not be disappointed. Thank you True Real Estate for help making our dreams come TRUE!!! No pun intended ;)

I was a first time home buyer this was an amazing first experience to have. I was connected with Sarah Allen and she was absolutely phenomenal.Throughout the whole process she was patient, kind, helpful and kept my best interests in mind. I was referred to George Massad @True Real Estate by a coworker of mine. He is phenomenal! It was my first time buying a home and I'm so thankful he was there to help me with every step of the way. George was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He educated me on the home buying process and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
