Yet another company paying slave wages and experiencing a labor deficit. I came to purchase dog food and a stressed out manager was unnecessarily curt to her single employee, and proceeded to take 20 minutes to tell me she couldn't access the bag I needed because it was at the bottom of a pallet.I pointed out a more accessible bag that she failed to locate and in her very awkward approach to retrieving the accessible bag that I pointed out, she tore the bag of dog food. Ultimately, this is on upper management/ ownership for failing to staff the store sufficiently and obviously burning out the employees they do have. Be better.

The staff at this location truly went above and beyond! There were a lot of weird snafus that occurred with ordering my chicken coop that were out of the control of this location’s staff BUT that did not stop them form doing everything they could to help! They truly went above and beyond! Thank you staff! While this sort of experience would usually deter me from a location, your lightheartedness, genuine attention and thoughtfulness has made us life long customers!

Don’t know what to say about this store. Half of the people are friendly and know what they are doing and the other half don’t. Bought a pallet of horse bedding pellets like I have many times before. When Adam is there everything goes well. Avoid Ryan as he slid the heavy pallet across my truck bed, tore up my bed liner, and crumpled my goose neck hole covers. I had to encourage him to get the extended fork covers. After when I told him about my truck liner he’s response was “Oh, well.” I used to love going to this store but at this point, I’m canceling my credit card and going somewhere else.

It was a cold day in January. I needed my new propane tank purged and filled. Cora was summoned to the refill station, got there before I did, and proceeded to complete the task in only a few minutes. A true pro.

We bought a 9,500 watt generator a couple years ago to use out here on our farm, in case our power went out - we haven’t used it yet ? the generator was on sale at the time, that’s why he went there.

Terrible online shopping experience. I do not recommend. They are not fulfilling orders from their inventory. I am still waiting 14 days after my order when they said it would ship in 3 days, even though they charged me for it. Customer support said they can't guarantee they can cancel my order, so I'm left waiting to see if it ever processes. If I go buy it somewhere else so I have the order for Christmas, like it was suppose to be, they can charge my card and process my order anytime, so I could end up paying twice and go through all of these issues trying to return. I was trying to support a private company but I will be sticking to amazon from now on. Very disappointed.
