Had a great experience here today. I don’t get my nails done often and I left wanting to make it a regular thing. Every employee I interacted with was kind and outgoing and genuinely seemed happy to talk to me. Nhan did my nails beautifully and shared some knowledge about nail shape with me. I will absolutely be going back and might become a nail girlie after this. :)

My mother usually loves to get her nails done here. She always gets coffin. She always gets Miss Kim and always is obsessed with her work.
Today, however, Miss Kim was unavailable and the experience was not like it has always been.
The man available did not want to help her. The other lady did not want to help either; but did, begrudgingly. I say this because the work was poorly and I personally was unimpressed by the nails and especially unimpressed by the treatment of my mother. There is no reason she should argue to get the shape she always gets or crying while leaving a place of beautification. How disappointing.
I hope Miss Kim speaks to this girl and impresses the value of good customer service and respect for the craft - because that young lady at the shop today shouldn't have been paid in my opinion.
My mother was charged $65 for nails that didn't match, have bubbles, and are already lifting. Overall they are ok but not worth the distress it caused my mother.

Stylist: Emily was wonderful. She did a great job on my daughters nails and I don't remember the lady that did mine but she was super detailed and determined to get the design I wanted.

My favorite place to get my nails done! The service is excellent! I never make appointments and they take me in every time! My nails and toes always come out just the way I want them! And they've never looked so good! This is the place I bring all my girlfriends to and we just love it!
