Everything went well! This is a great facility with great staff. In fact, we recently moved and are frustrated with our current options.

We had to board our cat while on vacation last week. I was a little nervous, because I wasn't sure if a boarding place would take him due to some messy health issues, but the amazing folks at The Paw accepted him without any problem. They were great about making sure to ask exactly what he needed, from his food to his meds. He got plenty of attention from the employees, so he wasn't lonely. I love their cat room; each "cat condo" is surprisingly big with multiple levels, and the actual room is like a big play room with huge scratching posts, huts, and toys. They also have a 24 hour webcam, so I was able to check on him whenever I wanted. Cost wasn't bad either; it was about $170 for 6 days, which was actually less than they quoted me. If we ever have to board again, I'll absolutely go with them.

We get our dog groomed at the Paw. They treat her well, and the grooming is excellent.

Not bringing my dog here anymore. Besides the overpricing, the place is dirty, the dogs are barely exercised, or monitored. The next day after I got my dog back home, I noticed she had fleas, which she didn't have before I took her to The Paw. I mean, really, do they even have a license for this place? Stay away!

My little Yorkie absolutely loves to spend afternoons at Day Care with his "friends".Staff is so friendly and you can tell they love working with our pets.❤️??

Brandy loves going to the Paw and she is always tired out when I pick her up! I think she loves the staff as much as her dog friends and I wont even mention the pool!!!! Great place!

Bella has been going to daycare for over a year bu today I was told she would not be allowed back. They stated that my concerns i have were invalid and that me watching the Webcam doesn't mean anything and is a distorted view. I have watch her handler dismiss the dogs and give no affection or care in the world to be there. I have seen my dogs behavior change from wanting to go to daycare to hiding when it's time to go and then cry for me when I drop her off. If the staff have an issue with you they won't treat your dog like the others. Beware and always advacate for your animal and don't let them tell you it's your fault your dog is anxious and won't take any accountability and then dismiss thier services.if you bring up any issues be aware your dog won't be treatedthe same when you turn around to leave. My dog has never had any behavior concerns. She is also a special needs dog. They told me that if I'm not happy it's my fault and that dismissing services is protocol when some one bring up a concern.

This is the best animal boarding facility I've ever been to! Our pets love it here and they always take such good care of them. And the cameras in the suites to check on your pooch are just so comforting when you're away! Would highly recommend!

they did a great job with my dog! it was my first time taking him to a groomer since i rescued him and they loved him, they said he did great and i absolutely loved how sweet they were to my dog. i cant wait to go back when he’s ready for another groom

I bring Henry to The Paw for his “spa” sessions. He loves going there and Hannah does a great job. I recommend The Paw for grooming and other things.

The groomer at The Paw did a great job with my puppy’s first time grooming experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. As a bonus, the price was very reasonable! We will definitely be back for the next haircut!
