The access procedure was not fully explained in the emails we got. It didn't mention a third party app we needed. I had to hunt on the website. It wasn't very clear. The rear entrance was barred because of equipment malfunction. We were never told that.

The staff who work here make this place a more welcoming and reliable space to store personal belongings. You can reserve a space online, or come in person- I preferred in person, and I got a greater experience than expected, where I received a tour of the facilities benefits and amenities, it was really nice! There's 24/7 security cameras and a neat mobile keylock so that you don't have to go through the hassle of buying a manual lock that could potentially be broken. Otherwise I think the accessibility hours to access the unit are reasonable, and the climate control is a great bonus when renting a unit with the facility.What makes this place really worth it though was simply the customer service experience, and staff who do care about building customer/client relationships, and also putting time and care into maintaining the facility- compared to the other storage facilities in Mankato who look at you as another transaction in their business. This was a really wonderful spot to rent for the short period, thank you so much!

I would highly recommend Store It. My mom and I are so impressed with the high quality service. The process was quick and easy and I had my 3 month old baby with so quick and easy is a must. Craig was very awesome and patient because my mom and I was all over the place. It was nice for my husband and nephew who was helping to move things to have complimentary beverages. It’s a very plush place. I love interior design and I couldn’t stop admiring the decor and design.

Beautiful, clean facility. The elevator, the conference room, the controlled temperature storage. It is a great place to store your things! Temporarily or permanently. Your precious items will be out of the cold (if you use a shed) and in a dry place (instead of your wet basement) and easy to get to!

I've stored my belongings or shop belonging at many places, but store it is by far the best set up I have used. The staff is so nice and helpful. GREAT EXPERIENCE. RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR STORAGE UNIT. I never worry about my belonging getting stolen or ruined.

This is a really state of the art facility. They are way more high tech than the usual storage facilities I'm used to. The place is also immaculately clean. By the way, loved the Halloween event you put on too!

Love this place. They made getting a unit so easy, and the gentleman in the office was very helpful with everything. He explained everything including if I need to upgrade to a larger unit at anytime. I definately recommend their services.
