Bought new phone. Couldn't leave store with it. There computers were down. Call one day later to see if things were up and running and nobody answers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Shout out to William W. He may not have been super talkative (im not a small talk kind of person anyway), but he answered all of my questions as well as my mother's questions. He was multitasking like a boss! He knew what he was doing for sure. I got the Galaxy z flip 5. Read reviews and asked questions that were answered. I wanted the lavender one, but unfortunately they were out of stock at the store. He did double check for it and offered to get it ordered for me. Eh I'm not that picky so I got the black one... (hey it's just a phone).It was a Friday afternoon so it was pretty busy the whole time but managed well. Came here originally to get a better phone plan deal for 2 lines. Dude way cheaper than my previous phone company. Store was clean and only had to wait for maybe 10 minutes before being helped. Like I cared? Gave me and my mother time to look at phones.Just want to say thank you for the help and the more cost effective phone plans.

Staff was not helpful.We were out of state, and yes, they got the replacement phone in fast, which was good. But when it came to getting all of my husband's stuff transferred to the replacement phone, they told us to bad to sad because the screen no longer worked.There were certain things he needed on there for work.We asked if we could try to transfer everything to my computer. They told us it wouldn't work.Well sure enough, this web designer got it to work and was able to get everything to transfer.So I had to waste 2 hours just sitting in the store waiting for everything to transfer.We missed out on time with family we were visiting because we couldn't take the old phone with us to get everything transferred.I should of asked for a paycheck, since I was their job for free.

The employee we talked too wasn't exactly rude or anything, but, they definitely were not warm and inviting. Come across as having a very condescending attitude. Decided to go on our own to purchase a newer phone from T-Mobile website instead of using the store's assistance. I'm guessing this is their preferred method considering the experience. Online showed the phone we were after was in stock, but was told on site that it was not available. Other than the wait no issues online. Bypass this store

Horrible service and horrible customer service. Switched Verizon and couldn't be happier. Paying $30 more a month for 5 lines is worth every penny, because the service actually works.

EXCELLENT!!!!!!!! Honestly!!!! I'm old and stupid and these guys helped me and made me feel a part of the process and explained things in language I can understand!!! They were relaxed and comfoeable to work with and fun!!!!!!! Really made to day to take care of this process and leave very satasfied!!!!!! The only thi g that could have made this experience better was if they served beer!!!!!!!!! otherwise A+!!!!!!!!!!

My wife went to the store to return her phone after buying a new phone and she got terrible customer service and still no one can give her an answer how to return her phone when the call center told her to go to the local T-Mobile store and they also can't help.

It was a pretty busy day at this location and I do have to say it was the most amazing experience I have experienced there in some time.. this young lady not sure her name was so amazing in her work she helped us save some money also went out of her way to see the issue with the phone her prompt service is what's maken me stay she had a smile on her face the whole time her conversation with us made me feel so welcome we need more of you around in this community... Thank you!
