You need a drop box. Standing in line just to hand some one a check is a waste of time. TWO lines at least for tech support and one with questions about their Bill and a drop box for people that are good to go.

I have tried calling for information. I'm either on-hold forever or disconnected. I never get to talk to anyone. I've tried going online but I cannot get any pricing information. I went to T-Mobile and got hooked up with internet in 10 minutes. I would still like to get cable but I don't have hours to waste. Whether it's Michigan, the west coast or Minnesota, Spectrum's customer service continues to degrade.

Between the timeshare-esque customer service, the long wait times, and the eventual solutions that never seem to help, I’m consistently disappointed in Spectrum’s service. They would be a great fit for you if you have hours to wait and like to say “no”.

Spectrum has been nothing but awful to us since we started service 10 months ago.We have experienced constant disconnects in internet, and terrible customer support.Other ISPs in the area have the same speeds at half the cost. Choose them, first.

Great effort with the checking in on the tablet. Problem is, most of the people who are physically coming to the store are the ones who have issues with tech in the first place. A little ironic. Otherwise the staff is seemingly knowledgeable and could try to keep the cut chat to a minimum when there are many people waiting.

I wasn't greeted or acknowledged and I didn't see you need to check in because the tablet to check in looks exactly like every other tablet on display for sale. Ended up leaving after 45 minutes while the two staff helped one person each.

This store is very very slow to process customers. After a required sign in at a broken kiosk, they do process you in order. A reservation system is available,and you REALLY SHOULD utilize it. They are extremely friendly and kind.

I have been here for almost a half hour, and the two reps (the rest of the employees were hiding in the back) and they have not even helped 2 costumers, I am so glad I canceled my service.

I was accidentally charged for services I had canceled and not a single person could help me via customer service. After spending an hour on the phone with different reps I decided to just go into the store. Gregory was absolutely amazing and took care of what was taking me days to figure out in a mere 12 hours. Timely and respectful. I definitely recommend this location for any of your needs. He took time to listen to me and handled the situation perfectly. Gregory Cox deserves recognition!!! Thank you
