“Took my 4 kids shoe shopping for back to school (which is always an experience). I forget the names of the guys who helped us, but I was shocked with how patient they were and diligent on making sure the kids were correctly sized and comfortable in their choices. They even went to the back and grabbed every purple shoe available in my picky daughter’s size! They made what has usually been a nightmare for me a completely enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back!!!”
“I went in because my old boots had basically no support, weatherproofing, or remaining tread. The associates there were super friendly and helpful in helping me pick out the right boot for me. I haven't shopped for shoes in a very long time and have slightly unique requirements and preferences. The associate was super super helpful in finding me the right fit for what I needed! Since I've had the new boots I have been in far less pain throughout the day and I'm pretty well insulated from the colder weather. Very happy so far!”

“I went in today to see if I could resolve an ongoing issue. Bought a pair of shoes in June. Returned them in early August as they were falling apart. I was given a replacement pair. Today I took the shoes back. They fell apart again. The salesperson helped me pick out a different pair of shoes on store credit. Great customer service!”
“I was focused on men's shoes only. Selection was great, unless you have wide feet. We found that to be a more challenging task. I did eventually find a pair that works. The store is kind of cluttered in the isles. They did have a TV playing a children's show that my toddler could sit at for a bit while his boring parents could find shoes. Prices were par with other shoe stores. Employees were friendly but not exactly thrilled to help you, I didn't need any service besides checking out so I didn't mind.”
