Always good pricing however the changes they made at the pump in regards to a printed receipt is ridiculous, ask in the beginning not at the end and the time for transaction is slower then ever before.

Buying in store is fine but I don't recommend buying online from their affiliated vendors, you should limit to actual Sam's Club products. They don't really take responsibility for problems with their outside vendors, you will be on your own.

Placed an online order and showed up in the scheduled time frame. No one at the pick up desk. Every time we do this there is never anyone at the desk. Customer service said to “go find someone”. Seriously, you’re customer service. You’re supposed to help people. Walk the whole store and find no one. Finally someone shows up at the desk and they can’t find the order. Half an hour of waiting and they still can’t find it because it was never filled. We could have did our own shopping for the amount of time wasted.

Absolutely horrible customer service at your Mankato, MN location. I placed an online order, received my confirmation and checked in when I arrived. I waited over 20 mins and nothing. I then called the store to be put on hold for over 5mins to be told by someone how sorry they were and they would be right out. That was over 30mins ago and I am now still waiting. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Arrived at 7 AM this morning with our company's Plus membership to pick up supplies as usual. Along with many other people, we were very rudely told that the store now doesn't open until 9 AM and that it was "all over the media." Umm ... what? It's not even on your own Facebook page! Some people came from out of town. One woman had two young children with her, quite possibly because her daycare shut down and she had no choice. No matter -- everyone was just turned away.
