I have been developing foot fatigue issues over the last few months and was seeking a pair of insoles to better support my arches. Pam gave me a full assessment with their in-house tools and pointed me to the right insoles to fit my needs. They have been fantastic and I can easily use them across a number of my shoes. Thank you for the attention to detail and assistance. I will definitely be back.

This store had the only pair of Irish setters left in my size in the US! I contacted the store from several states away and Pam and her staff were awesome! They gave me a great deal and the boots arrived within days! Thanks again!!

Pam is so helpful at the store. I take my employees here for boots. She makes sure we got the correct boots. Measures our feet and sees if need insoles to help also. Makes sure I have everything to get the most out of the boots for my bottom line. Store is always clean and other employees are knowledgeable also.

I have never had a problem with the Mankato Red Wing Shoes location until today. Pam made me feel completely unwelcome. She came up and asked how I was and if she could help, I said I was looking for a boot built to last as my husband’s very hard on them in his line of work. I said he wanted composite toe thinking she would give a few recommendations. She said NT on the tags here mean composite toe, I said okay and she said “well I’ll let you look around” so I did, five or so minutes pass and she comes back and said “hard to get him to come in or what”. I’m not sure why it matters? I pick out a boot ask her to look his profile up and she says “he usually gets these” I said I know I’m the one that gets them, he wants to try something different (again why does it matter?!) then I said I wanted to get him some custom soles for his boots and she’s like I’ll show you these but he needs to come in if you want something else. I said no we were told when he came in to get his feet measurements that you can look them up and we can get something based on that. “Oh right I forgot about that “ so she looks him up and it wasn’t loading and proceeds to show me this “cheap” pair and then said “yeah the other ones are way more expensive” like I couldn’t afford them or something? I didn’t ask for “cheap” in her words, I wanted something that was going to be more for my husbands feet to be most comfortable for him. I said guess I’ll wait. She then made it a point to say “ yeah we are open seven days a week so he should be able to come in” making me feel like I was unwelcome and couldn’t buy my husband’s boots for him. I’ve been doing it for years and I shouldn’t have to explain why I am there getting them or be made to feel unwelcome for doing so. I didn’t know Pam was the manager of this location until I called the number on another review asking to speak with this stores manager. They said they would pass the complaint on to the district manager and it wouldn’t be dealt with and I hope it is taken seriously after reading other reviews. I will not be going back to this location after my experience today.

Needed a new pair of boots as my old ones had worn out from wearing them every day for 4 years with minimal care. Stopped in on Sunday and had great customer service from Isabella. She was quick to grab me a couple size options and got me fitted for the correct inserts after seeing where I put all my pressure. This is the 3rd pair of red wings I’ve ever owned and are by far the most comfortable. Very happy with the expertise and customer service I was given.

I have to say I had a great experience here getting fitted for some boots!
The associate Lauren was happy to grab a couple different pairs for me to try and I ended up getting something slightly different from what I came in looking for.
The boots I got ended up getting look real sharp and the 30 day comfort guarantee as well as a 6 month warranty and free replacement laces is a GAME CHANGER!
5 stars across the board.
This is my go to place for shoes now.

I went in because my old boots had basically no support, weatherproofing, or remaining tread. The associates there were super friendly and helpful in helping me pick out the right boot for me. I haven't shopped for shoes in a very long time and have slightly unique requirements and preferences. The associate was super super helpful in finding me the right fit for what I needed! Since I've had the new boots I have been in far less pain throughout the day and I'm pretty well insulated from the colder weather. Very happy so far!

I've bought two pairs of shoes from them now and the first pair lasted me a very long time at my job in an auto shop.
Each time I've been there the service has been amazing, I don't remember the name of the person who helped me first but Charis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable this last visit
