Potbelly consistently has fresh, hot, and tasty food. The malts are delicious. I can recommend the banana malt. If you're in a hurry I recommend the drive-through as it clearly has top priority. There has been long waits in the past but it has gotten better.It's VERY cold inside, consistently.

This was my first time trying Potbelly. I Ordered through Uber Eats and got a Soup, Sandwich, Chip/Smoothie combo and a pickle. For being called Potbelly I was deeply underwhelmed by portion sizes. My sandwich only had 1 very thin slice of each cut of meat and 1 slice of provolone cheese despite paying for double cheese while the Cuts of meat barely covered half of my sandwich. Favorite part of the meal ended up being the pickle. Minor complaint that there was no mention the whole pickle would be sliced into fourths, would have preferred it uncut.

Love the ambiance and food was so good. Got the chicken club and my partner got the Italian. BUT DO NOT GET HOT PEPPERS cried the whole meal from the pure heat and we were both left with a stomach ache. Will be returning just never again those peppers lol. Service was quick and easy too!

My first time at Potbelly. Staff was very helpful. Service was fast. The Avo turkey on multigrain was great. I added all veggies, horseradish, and seasonings.

Great food, decent price. I got a bunch of different things to try since I had never been there, so my bill was higher than what a "normal" person would pay. Honestly, it smelled so good, I forgot to take pictures. I recommend the Mac & Cheese

Ashley put together a great spread for our office. Multiple different sandwiches and all the fixings, soup and salad, and cookies! She did an awesome job and it tasted great!

Food is always really good and fresh. I typically get a wreck sandwich and farmhouse salad pick your pair. Nice that potbelly had many options to choose from as well.

It was my first time. The sandwich was so good that I went back to the counter and thanked them for making it. Maybe the best sandwich I've had. Staff was super friendly, very outgoing!
