You'd think after month 3 of not paying I either don't want to be there anymore or can't afford it ??♀️ theyre the pimps of the gym industry!! They'll even get into a verbal altercation with your about you wanting to close Your own account ??.

The staff at the Mankato location is so great! They make sure to welcome the guests, thank them for stopping in, ask if help is needed, etc. Manners are amazing and go a long way with people returning. I so appreciate my local Planet Fitness because of them!!

The value you get for the price of a membership at Planet Fitness is unbeatable. They provide an amazing community service by providing a healthy resource for the average person. That being said the equipment at this location is very average relative to the multiple other sites I've been to in the Twin Cities and Rochester. The other locations have a more varied, higher tech assortment of equipment in my humble opinion.

Came in for front desk assistance 2/24 5:30. I have no issue waiting for service ever!!! (I totally understand working in customer service ) however staff member never said hello, I’ll be right with you, or anything at all just pretended like I wasn’t there. She continued to vacuum the rugs I was standing on as I moved out of the way for her. After 5 minutes of not being Acknowledged I just left.
