“I needed to take our doxie to have her anal glands expressed. I was able to call and talk to a real person who told me it was walk-in and that we could come in a half hour. When I got to the store, the gal remembered me calling, took my info, and took my dog back to take care of her. I was able to watch through the window and was very impressed with how well she treated my dog. My dog wasn’t anxious, which was great! We were done within minutes. I will definitely return to Mankato PetSmart grooming when my dog needs this done again.”
