“I hope I have the right location. My truck broke down in St.James MN on 12/08/23. A man by the name of Mack Douglas (I hope I'm spelling that right) Arrived promptly, In the pitch black he was able to fix the blown tire. He went a step further to inspect my truck to find another tire that needed to be replaced immediately. Luckily he did this or it could have been another 8 hours until someone else could have arrived. I had a technician come out before Mack from another company who was unable to fix the truck. The bottom line is. Mack deserves a raise or some sort of acknowledgment. From the bottom of my heart. Thanks, Buddy!”

“I am beyond impressed. While doing my oil change, the techs notified me that there was a very apparent oil leak and even showed me where it was coming from. With that information, I was able to diagnose it to be a simple and cheap fix. I replaced the oil pressure sending unit in my garage and now I no longer leave a puddle in my driveway. Letting me know there was an issue is totally expected. What I didn't expect, and am very grateful for, is the time they spent telling me about what they thought it might be and going as far as showing me the area they saw the leak coming from. They are off to a great start in their new building!”
