When the corporate store said they couldn’t help us upgrade and change some phones to different lines, We thought we’d try the mall as a last ditch effort as it was a “authorized dealer”. Trevor got us the what we needed all while making sure everyone in the store was taken care of. Do not go to the store across the street by Walmart- not sure if they didn’t want to help us or truly couldn’t help us but the customer service is night and day difference between the stores! Trevor was happy to explain and go through the process with each phone while assisting 4 other customers and I never once felt abandoned. 100% recommend this store!”
