My first experience going through a dealership, and their customer service was great! From the minute I arrived, there was no pressure to buy like you would typically expect from a salesman. Jake took the time to get to know me and my needs for a vehicle. He even followed up with me to thank me for coming in. Everyone was very friendly!

Went in today looking for a new vehicle. Collin was super helpful and we test drove a Nissan Kicks which didn't fit our needs but he gave us an option with the Volkswagon Taos, a brand we never even looked into. We test drove many many vehicles throughout the day and ended up coming back to Collin who let us test drive a higher model Taos and we were set. It was also closing time but the guys set with us and made it so we could take it home today.

The experience here has always been excellent! The team here is friendly, professional, and patient. I wanted to give a massive shoutout to Jeremy Braucks who has always done an amazing job listening and giving good info any time I’ve had questions, or needed a part for my 09 Nissan Altima. He’s gone the extra mile to email any important info I may need on my car. I hope the ones there are aware of how great he is in his department, and how well he represents the dealership as a whole. I recommend this spot to anyone interested. The team here is great!

This dealership is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked at. (4 yrs) The owner BT cares about his staff and also his customers so much AND ALSO THE COMMUNITY! The Nissan managers Jason and Jon were two of my favorite managers and just like BT they too care and I will always remember my time spent there with my Nissan Family. That's really how it feels when there, they treat you like family and care about helping you. If you need a NEW or USED Vehicle then go see my friends Collin, Will or Jake and tell them Gabe sent you! We have owned a Nissan Altima and now a Nissan Murano. I have always had great service from the crew at Mankato Nissan. Jake was great through the process of purchasing the Murano. Derek recently helped my get my Bluetooth back on. I highly recommend Mankato Nissan for wonderful customer service.

Hunter and all the staff were amazing to work with. We were very well informed of all areas of the whole car buying ordeal. Hunter showed great customer care with his patients and knowledge. Nissan got me in last minute to look at my tire which is ended up needing to be replaced. They helped put a claim in for me so I wouldn’t have to pay for a new tire. They also did my oil change while I was there so I didn’t have to come back for my scheduled appointment that was a few days later. Derek and his team are great to work with!
