From the moment my wife and I got out of our old vehicle to the time I drove off in my new one, my wife and I were treated with respect, given the information we needed and at no time had even the slightest bit of pressure to do anything. This was the easiest and smoothest vehicle transaction we've ever had.Nicole was an amazing sales associate. She is so easy to talk to and friendly, I highly recommend working with her. For years, I wanted a new truck, and it all came together with Harrison Ford, Mankato.

Tony P. was super helpful and easy to work with. He was able to get me in a great vehicle that suited my needs. He was able to answer all of my questions and did not treat me different just because I am young like most salesmen do. I ordered/got my Ford maverick truck at the price they quoted me. Ask for Tony Perkins he was very helpful and replied to my questions quickly. It's weird to say but it's the first time I enjoyed buying a vehicle as there was no high-pressure sales and if I said I didn't want something they just said OK. It was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Other than I had to wait 8 1/2 months for truck to be built, but that's on Ford not the dealership.

I will never buy or have service work done at Harrison Ford ever ever again their service department service Raiders are a bunch of liars took my car back to service one year after I had the water pump replaced and they said that the new water pump was leaking so it costed me $400 in labor to get a new water pump put in then I got a call from the service writer and said he had good news and bad news The good news was the water pump has been installed. The bad news is I still have a leak they found a hose that was leaking replace that hose and the total bill was $600 and a new water pump that I didn't need when confronting the service writer he said that the water pump is bad and I told him that the service tech you the service writer and myself all know that there was nothing wrong with that pump. They still screwed me over. Screw Harrison Ford they can just March the fuck out of town!!
