What a great group of folks to deal with. I recently purchased a new Ford from them, did most of the transaction online which was a breeze. When finalizing the paperwork in person, everyone I dealt with was kind, courteous, and seemed genuinely thankful for my business. No pressure at all at any point during the transaction. Overall, I’m happy to make the drive, it was well worth my time.

I called Harrison Ford and was asking about a truck. I was then connected to Kaitlyn Schultz. She was nothing short of spectacular. She showed interest in me as a buyer immediately. That has not always happened to me when buying a vehicle. I really appreciated that. She was very friendly and helped the process move along quickly. She answered questions with confidence and said she would find out if she didn't know, but she was right on. I would recommend Harrison Ford to anyone, and would for sure mention Kaitlyn for a positive experience. Thanks, Randy.

Stopped in a couple weeks ago to look at a used Explorer they had. I was assisted by William Peck. While taking it for a test drive I noticed the airbag light was on on the dash and the tires had a hum sound to them (possible ball bearings, but what do i know, im a female). After getting back to the dealership, I addressed my concerns to William regarding the airbag light on the dash and the hum. He tried telling me it wasnt the airbag light and ignored the fact that there was a hum when driving. With the concerns i had with that vehicle, i decided to keep looking. They have my personal info in their system from a prior purchase many moons ago, So after leaving the dealership, I started receiving multiple emails a day from William regarding my interest in looking for a vehicle. I attempted to stop future emails through the email but there was an error. So i ended up having to blocking that email. It was super annoying receiving 2-3 emails a day back to back. I wasnt even informed if those issues on that specific explorer were even addressed. I would like my email to be removed from your system. Thanks!
