Kato Athletic has by far the best atmosphere out of all of the gyms in Mankato. The staff are always welcoming and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who’s looking to workout!

Best gym ever! I have been going here for 10 years and couldn't imagine being at another gym. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and it feels like family. Great coaches who are there to push you and help you meet your goals. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I highly recommend this gym! The gym atmosphere is super inviting and keeps me motivated. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The gym itself has enough equipment to go around and offers supplements and energy drinks for purchase. I also like how it’s open 24/7 so I can come whenever it works best for my schedule!

Here's a little bit about Kato Athletic. It's got a couple walls, a lot of racks, some mats, plenty of weights, bars, machines and loud music. All the necessary equipment and space that makes this place not only a CrossFit Gym, but an awesome 24/7 gym as well. But what you maybe don't get to see all the time, are the moms and dads, the sisters and brothers, friends, family, aunts and uncles and grandpa's and grandma's. The hard workers. The family. OUR Family. YOUR family. That's who we are, and that's who we are going to be. After the sweat's dried and the protein has been replenished, the people of this gym remain the same. Family.
