I came here in the fall and brought my taxes from the firm that had beed doing them, just to get an estimate. Mitzi Goheen looked through them for a free "second look." She did that and then we scheduled a time for me in Fevruary. She did an outstanding job. We had to put our heads together over a few items that the previous CPA had done, but the turn-around-time was quick. She told me in the fall what I could expect to pay, and that was that. Much less than the lack luster, expensive firm. I am happy and will share her name and company with anyone who desire taxes well-done.

They messed up my address on my Tax forms, are making ME do all the work to fix it and promised me they would call me back multiple times and never did. There are a couple good people who work there but for the most part it's awful.

Worst service I have ever had from any company. Was told a week and half for my simple takes and I have been waiting over a month. I was continuously told by the end of the week with follow up calls. I later found out the accountant I was working with was either let go or quit and I had been completely overlooked. I will never be using this company again.

The worst place to use for a tax return, especially if you are a person of color and you do not look like them. They made an appointment with me and they canceled it the minute I walked in, and the front lady, with the help of the other lady in the office on the left, made another appointment when I showed up on time for my second appointment. Then, they refused to see me because I was not on the scheduled for appointment. By the way, I have been using their service for the last 5 years with Brady and it is extremely unfortunate how they treated me! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!! STAY AWAY!!

Paid for professional tax preparation and found several errors on my taxes that would have resulted in me vastly overpaying. My tax professional also was unsure how to create
capital G/L total from raw data, so I had to take the time out to turn it into a spreadsheet for them. For hundreds of dollars I expected better results. TurboTax is a much cheaper alternative that's just as effective
