Matt was my consultant and honestly, he is one of the main reasons that I ended up making the purchase. I really thought I was going to have pushy sales people following me around as I walked through the store. But after talking with Matt, he was so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive -without being too pushy, that I felt really at ease with him and about making a purchase. Because my biggest pet peeve is pushy sales people. So if Matt had been pushy, I would've just walked out without buying anything.
