Went here to buy some lottery tickets and was told they do not take debit cards for lottery tickets so I had to go the ATM and pay 3 dollars to get money yet you are able to use debit cards for tabbaco items which are way more harmful and trailer trashy then lottery tickets.

I like to come to this station to load, I bought a car wash service when I loaded gasoline and the machine did not give me the ticket, the manager did not want to return the money for the car wash, very bad service.

I thought it was fine. It's nice it's 24 hours. Customer service is meh, but to be honest I would be stressed out from working at this gas station too! The McDonald's next door is always busy bringing customers from there plus they are off one of the main roads, which means they are bound to bring in some more rude customers than your usual gas station! Also, yeah to go off of the last sentence, it can be very busy, so expect a crowd when going there!

If you can’t work in customer service, don’t work in customer service. ‼️Needed help with my car wash code, the woman was extremely rude and unwilling to help. I was polite to her the entire time. She also seemed to be training someone! Not to mention this is the only holiday With a car wash in Mankato, and I will not be going back.

Went just for car wash and decided to get gas. Well you get a dollar off and for what ever reason it didn't come off. I asked for the 8$ one which would have cost 7$. She rang up the 9$ one and the dollar didn't come off. When I mentioned the dollar didn't come off Teri said she didn't know how to do it yet and handed me a dollar and bye. I said no need to be rude. She said have a good day and then said bye once again. Rude as ever. If you don't like customer service don't work there.

Poor customer service from management down. I honestly never give bad reviews because stuff happens and I do not believe in bad mouthing people over something small, but I just refuse to keep being treated poorly.
