Having been to a fair number of Goodwill stores across the nation and in Minnesota, this one scores the lowest. From overpriced merchandise for regular value items or the rude service (just plain rude) this Goodwill convinced me to stay away from the franchise (at least until the bad taste from this experience goes away).

From overpriced items with no real value to amazingly rude employees (no really shockingly) this Goodwill has made me swear off the franchise. There isn't anything interesting to find at this location. And I have been to a few across Minnesota.

So, went in and bought an entire cart full of items. Wanted to put the items that wouldn't fit into a box in a plastic bag and the store staff wouldn't give me EVEN ONE PLASTIC BAG FOR THE SEVERAL ITEMS THAT DID NOT FIT IN THE BOX. They are absolutely ridiculous. Begged for ONE USED PLASTIC BAG and they refused saying that "other people need bags."I'm a person too you jerks.

a bit overpriced but not too bad compared to most goodwills. i think they should implement a return policy for clothing since they don’t have fitting rooms, then maybe i would be more inclined to buy here. staff are nice though, it’s not their fault we live in a terrible late stage capitalist society. if you’re looking for better prices take the trip to chaska goodwill.

Anything with a value over $30 must get shipped up to the metro & sold online. What they have left is generic & overpriced. I also resent a private for-profit company wanting me to round up to pay for training they give their employees.

I don’t think anyone knows how exhausting it is to deal with Midwest discrimination even at stores like Goodwill. This Goodwill has things in fair condition, occasional high quality brands at ridiculous prices. Add to that their own personal brand of discrimination and racism, and it was enough to make me never visit here again.

Good place for clothes and shoes, decent book selection, and tons of household items. They also have a good selection of toys. Not much in the way of used bedding or towels - instead they carry Target surplus sheets and towels which are new and therefore much closer to regular retail prices. Socks and underwear are also surplus new. The workers are cool and nice. My favorite feature is that they are open til 8p most nights so I can go after work.

I have been shopping here for years now. They have always been super great with great bargains! I know they went through a lot during the last couple of years with Covid (even got rid of the changing rooms due to the pandemic unfortunately), but through it all they are still a great store. Not the friendliest staff, but to be honest, I feel it is healthier for the workers if they don't have to put on a fake happy face all the time, it's really refreshing to see that.

No dressing room! My daughter and I used to enjoy shopping here for clothes, but now that we can't try on clothes, we don't want to shop there. The lack of dressing rooms will definitely result in loss of clothing sales.

Let me start by saying I love this Goodwill. It is amply staffed, merchandised, and the selection and quality of merchandise is outstanding. However, they DON'T HAVE A FITTING ROOM with no plans to put one in. That is already a huge inconvenience if you're buying clothes. In addition, the return policy is ridiculous (you have to spend the full value of your return in one trip), which is silly because the customer is already inconvenienced by being forced to return items that don't fit due to the lack of fitting room. It's a huge and unnecessary inconvenience and it drags my customer experience down so much.

Excellent place to find odd gifts at a reasonable price. The store is always clean.
