Went to get new tires put on. My car had special locking studs at the time. A technician asked if I had the right key for taking them off and I told them no. Jeremy (service manager) decided they were going to try and remove them anyway even though they didn’t have the correct tools. He used the wrong extractors and broke 3 of them. Wasted 45 mins and I had to go somewhere else to get them replaced any how. Service was not very friendly. Very adamant that it was a priority that they got to leave at 5 and not a priority to get my vehicle done.

Very hard to get in, but they do great work if you're lucky enough to find an opening.

Good price on truck battery. Reasonable
$10 install . Done in time frame they said.
The only downside i can see was a small electric check fee I wasn't informed of until it came time to pay my bill
I was about 15 minutes late & they still got me in, so overall I would recommend them.

Just came in for the free tire rotate and balancing and was out of there in less than an hour. Staff was cordial and it was a good experience.

Got new tires, they gave good deals/rewards and helped me a lot also told me my tire previously was ripped. Just didn’t particularly like them saying i had 11 other things wrong with my car yet it was 1 thing when i brought it somewhere else. Will definitely only come for tires & oil changes.
