Emily C. Did an amazing job, my step daughter, loved every moment. And she is one that does not like her head touched. She said she was gently and gave the best head message. Loves her hair , thinned and trimmed.

Shocked at the price increase since my last visit in 2022

I had to wait a few hours but didn't make an appointment in advance. The lady wanted to do a dry cut, which is fine, but then they wanted to wash my hair after. Wasn't paying for a wash after a haircut and leaving wet. I have long hair, but if you want a special cut, go to a real salon.

Wow. Just wow. I normally take my son to a friend and she was unavailable, so we stopped here. I asked for an inch off my son's hair, and she took two inches. Called an older stylist over to HELP her mid cut because she just kept chopping and she asked, is that enough? To which I said, too much actually. After an hour, yes an hour, on the hair of a five year old, and $25 later my son now has bangs that are half an inch on the left side and an inch and a half on the right. Yeah, they are that bad. A uneven cut all over his head, and patches of his head that look nearly bald. Never again at this place. The 'Fantastic' should be removed from the name.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for long hair girls! I loved my long hair and went in for a trim and instead got it basically chopped to my collarbone :( I’m so discouraged and will never go back.
