“Went to my local Kohl's to make an Amazon return...that was the easiest return I ever made! And they even gave me a % off coupon to shop with! Definitely a winning situation for me!”
“Usually a good store to shop at but today I went there to get softener salt and dog treats and the guy at the register was super rude. I don’t even leave reviews on stuff but this really ticked me off. I brought my stuff up to the register and he didn’t say a word to me and acted like he was annoyed that I was there. He also didn’t think to bag my stuff until I reached for a bag and then he started tossing stuff in. I don’t remember what his name was and even if I did I wouldn’t want to put someone on blast like that but definitely talk to your staff and make sure that doesn’t become a pattern. I’m pretty young so I’ll let it roll off my back but if he treats older folks like that you might have an issue. Other than that, I like shopping here.”
“Made an appointment for the automotive department as my tire that had been purchased here previously had become totally flat. After a brief wait I was advised it was not repairable. Since I had not taken out the extended warranty on the tires when I bought them, woe is me. Friendly service and some good advice.”

There were a lot of weird snafus that occurred with ordering my chicken coop that were out of the control of this location’s staff BUT that did not stop them form doing everything they could to help! They truly went above and beyond! Thank you staff! While this sort of experience would usually deter me from a location, your lightheartedness, genuine attention and thoughtfulness has made us life long customers!”
