We went to get the cod dinner at the restaurant on Madison Ave. Fish tasted very fishy. Fries tasted like fish and the Cole slaw tasted strange. We have always loved Culver's but today it really wasn't very good.

My husband and I stopped in Thursday at 2:15 for lunch. Not very many customers inside the building. The drive up had quite a few during out visit. We ordered a shrimp meal and a burger value basket. It had been about 20 minutes and still no food. I stopped back and asked if there was a problem. Yes, they had made a mistake and they were just starting our order. I went back after 10 mins as we still did not have our food. My husband and I watched as the drive thru food was delivered to the cars but nothing for us. Finally we get out food, my shrimp was cold, and my husband's burger was cold too. I went back to get a fork as I didn't have one on my tray and I was told all my silverware was placed on my tray. Snotty people there.... Yes, I had three pieces of silver, two knives and a spoon. My husband took one bite and found onions on his sandwhich that he ordered without onions. When you hate onions you make sure no onions. Then the manager came back and took our slip to check what we ordered and then came back and dropped off the slip. Never had such bad service and cold food before, I think Culver's should spend a little more time on the dine in customer and not be so worried about the drive thru.

Foods usually good. Fries aren't always the freshest. Kinda heavy on the mustard. Tables need to be redone or replaced, they are that sticky tacky that you can't get to go away on the edges, but other than that very cleanWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp but didn't see a button to push for the door to open

A deluxe burger with no tomato, lettuce or mayo-is not a deluxe. I got a burger with ketchup and lots of it!! Burger slapped together. I have never had bad food from Culver's until today.

Went there through the drive-through and ordered 2 baskets and 1 kids meal. Both adult meals were missing the buns and condiments except for the pickles. Never happened before and it was very disappointing. I don’t recommend this location. I’d chose North Mankatos location over this one.
