Was told I had to have there stupid insurance and buy extra stuff or I couldn't get a phone. They advertise free phone I understand the service n a fee to set it up but how can a free phone cost me $250 I asked to speak to there boss and was told to get out. I don't know there name as they didn't have any tags

Their web was down so I couldn't pay my bill. So my phone got turned off, but I didn't have to pay extra cause of there problem that was way cool. Very friendly and helpful staff every time I go there
