“My laptop charging port had some sparks to it and stopped working. I was going to pay for a new one since I knew that to repair it would be about the price of a new laptop. I went to PCs for People in Mankato first. I am so glad I made that decision before taking it to somewhere else or buying a new one. I was greeted by the customer service front desk lady Taysir. She was great and super sweet. She reassured me that Falah would get it figured out or fixed. Not to mention they sale laptops at a reasonable price. FALAH was so amazing! He said that it was the charging port that was broke but the piece of the charger! He handed me a new one. I loved their service and Energy so much I ended up buying a desktop computer and monitor. I have been there 3 days straight. I called customer service and they weren't really that helpful. They told me I would have to bring my whole computer in to get it diagnosed after I just bought it yesterday. I decided to just go to FALAH first and I am so glad I did. This man is a computer genius and before I could explain all my problems with the wifi and computer, he hands me a wireless piece and says it would have been a waste bringing in the whole computer for that part! The most amazing service I have had from BOTH of them. They answered all the questions I had and helped me with the new computer I got as well.”
