Cindy did a wonderful job grooming my goldendoodle. Was very accommodating as for my picking her up. The cost was also way more than fair. Will definitely be going back and will also take my other dog . Place is clean and orderly. If I could I would give her more than 5 stars.

Would never trust her with my dog. She deeply cut my dogs ear and did an poorly done cut. I would not recommend her at all.

She shaved my Australian Shepard, that is the biggest mistake for this breed you could ever make, google is, my puppies coat is ruined thanks to her. I walked in to get him and didn’t even recognize my own dog, horrible job I am very angry about this.

Burns in groin area on female, if she gave a bath, forgot to wash ears on male dog, i put swat on his ears for flys. Would not recommend

She cut my dogs leg deep in two spots, when I pick her up after her appointment I was told it wasn't very bad. Got get home and looked at it closely and it looked horrible. I let Cindy know that a vet visit was necessary, she told me to bring her to her vet. I did so and after the appointment, she didn't want to pay the bill. Instead she wanted to give us a free haircut. She finally agreed to pay half. There is absolutely no way I would trust her with my dog again.

Cindy was professional with a personal touch. And gizmo doesn't normally just let anyone go to town with a clippers in his face, but his trust in her was great and he ended up with an adorably sculpted face! Her prices were comparable to other out of home groomers as far as my shopping went seemed fair. However to be honest this was the first time I've taken a dog to a groomer so my opinion might be a tad biased.

Nice lady.that's the good part. Grooming should include bathing the dogs. I brought my 2 - 15 pound poodles for grooming. The cuts were very poor. Top knots cut off & totally uneven. Nail trimming was bad as well. My black dog has razor burns on the side of his face & groin area. You decide.
