“We saw a truck we wanted to test drive and so we contacted Conor. He set it up for us and got us going. He was going to go get my vacation so he arranged for Daryll to be in contact with us. Even though Conor was on vacation, he kept in contact with us and the guys in the shop to make sure our truck was getting ready for us. I was becoming anxious because I wanted the truck So Conor helped get things pushed along, even though he was on vacation. I should say Darryl tried also, even though he was off for the day. Levi was very good with the financing and getting us set up. When we were ready for the truck, Eric was very nice to explain all the buttons to us. We had a very nice experience. My only negative was that the truck was dirty and spotted. We solved that by going to a car wash. I was also disappointed that we didn't get anything free from Snell. Lol! All in all it was a great experience! I will recommend you to all my friends! Thank you!”

“This place is great. I came in one day after I destroyed my fuel line on my 1974 Mercury Monterey. Stuart was awesome and had the parts on hand and the knowledge to find out how to solve the problem. I have been back several times since as I continue this project. Everyone there is great! The only downside i can see was a small electric check fee I wasn't informed of until it came time to pay my bill
I was about 15 minutes late & they still got me in, so overall I would recommend them.”
“I have been coming to this dealer for service since I purchased my truck in 2016. They have always been good to me, but last service I had done on 6/16/23 I was charged over $400 for ONE HOUR of labor for regular maintenance. I don't care what mechanic you go to, that is a high rate.Updated to 4 stars 6/22/23. They were willing to work with me on the services performed and were very helpful in resolving my concerns.”

The store manager, I believe his name was Ralph, helped me find what bulb I needed, find the best deal, and on top of that changed it out for me after I bought it. I really appreciated it, he was very helpful and kind, you can really tell he knows what he is doing and cares for his customers! Will come again!”
