“Degroods installed our new Bosch dishwasher last week. The installer was quick, professional and did a great job with the install. We've done business with DeGroods for years and have always been satisfied with them. I'd have no problem buying from them again. I have the option of going to Best Buy but I've had negative experiences with them.”
“Excellent services, they contract with my plumbers so it's much easier to buy through them. I didn't want to buy sink and faucet online, not knowing the exact installation information. I didn't want to go to a big box store and worry that it could be scratched, and I couldn't open it in the store, I wouldn't be strong enough. Plus Connors Plumbing out of Waseca gets a discount, bc I'm on the service plan, it is really worth it. I get a 15 percent discount from Connors as well. It's about 15 bucks a month and there are so many different benefits, no service charge ro come out, yearly check on a/c and furnace.”
“we've been going to The Home Depot in St Louis Park, Minnesota for well over a decade (maybe closer to two decades). I can compare this store quite favorably over the nearby Menards: The Home Depot (in general) has better customer service; higher quality merchandise; better parking and an area for curbside pick up; and a beautiful selection of plants and vegetables before every Memorial Day going into summer. My wife is a real do-it-yourself home project and restoration advocate. She is a savvy shopper and compares the selection and price at The Home Depot, Lowes, Menards as well as specialty businesses (e.g., tile and stone; lumber and quality wood products). Over half the time she selects her best bargains/quality at the St Louis Park, Minnesota The Home Depot. Now the cons: the aisles are narrow and often crowded with merchandise that needs to be put up on the shelves; it usually seems to take talking to more than one employee to find merchandise/buys that I'm not sure where they are located in the store (this problem often occurs at the nearby Menards as well); and their in-store selection is dwarfed by their online offerings--this means for a hands-on shopper it often takes going to more than one different store type to research and compare items that have only scant online descriptions.”
“Phenominal exchange policies and price matching with a smile. Great place to everything from lawn equipment and gardening supplies in the sping to snowblowers and christmas trees/decorations in the winter.”
“Two days before Thanksgiving my refrigerator quit. We entered Quality Appliances around 5:30, a half hour before closing time. I was pretty specific on what I was looking for: Counter depth, French doors with freezer on the bottom, water/ice dispenser in the door, and it had to be white. Nothing on the floor matched all on my wish list, but Jim said he would find what I wanted. He went to the computer and started the search. He eventually found a GE Cafe refrigerator that checked all my boxes. As it reached 6:00, Jim sent his employees home and he stayed until the special order was processed. Knowing that I was hosting Thanksgiving, he offered to arrange for a loaner refrigerator to be delivered to my house the next day for our use until the new refrigerator arrived. The customer service we received was beyond what I expected. Because I felt like a valued customer, I will definitely return to Quality Appliances when in need of future appliances. Oh, and I love my new GE Cafe refrigerator. The spacing of shelves and drawers, and the outside appearance, were a big improvement over my previous refrigerator.”
