I called late in the afternoon to say that my softener was not working properly. I had a technician out first thing in the morning and within less than 5 minutes he knew what was wrong and updated the program! The softener has been working perfectly since. Thank you!! The delivery and filling my salt tank is the best. Keeping a schedule of when they need to stop by keeps me from having to worry about not having soft water. Any time there is a need for repair the technician is readily available and is normally able to come the next day after you call if not the same day.
