We were more than impressed with our experience at Papiks Motors! We purchased a used vehicle last week, and our salesman Jim made the process go quickly and smoothly. We were blown away by the additional perks they offered, including but not limited to being able to complete the tax and registration as we signed papers. Would definitely recommend purchasing from Papik's!

My 2022 RAM 2500 broke down last night. I called Papik service after they opened to see if they could take a look at my issues.
They said if I could be patient, they would try to work me into the schedule.
Not only did they work me into the schedule; they went above and beyond to get parts for repairs and finished well before they quoted. I was back on the road before I expected and a little under the original quote.
I’m very pleased with my experience with Papik Motors!!

I like them. They identified several problems with my car (nice to know) but only fixed problems I wanted them to.
Update. Had a problem with an oil leak after getting an oil change. They are making it right and I will use them again.

I had a sensor on my dash replaced on a new 2024 Chevy with 3000 miles on it. When I got my vehicle back I had gashes and scratches on my dash and on defrost vent. Talked to service advisor immediately and he stated "employee should not have worked so fast." They did offer to replace both the vent and the dash, but due to first service experience will NOT be letting them replace anything.
