We rolled into town at 1:00 am halfway through our 10 hour road trip pulling a camper with 4 tired kids and an overheated transmission (I’m sure you can picture the scene by now). We dropped our camper in their parking lot, my husband left a desperate voicemail with the service department and we walked to the nearest hotel. By 6:30 am we had two missed calls from Bailey Herman the service manager. Our experience from that moment forward was nothing short of exceptional. Bailey was responsive, understanding, accommodating and made our unfortunate situation their priority to remedy. This was by far the best automotive service experience we had ever encountered. Upon leaving the dealership at about 10:00 am the SAME DAY the owner graciously sought us out and personally sent us on our way. These guys have it figured out and would get our business again in a heartbeat.

I called them asking for an appointment to get my vehicle looked at and the only option was a week out but that was okay as I was going on a trip during that time
So when the day finally came around to get it looked at I missed the appointment by an hour because they moved it ahead WITHOUT TELLING ME AT ALL and the next available option was another week out.
I know when it was scheduled at because I put a reminder on my phone RIGHT AFTER I called them the first time

Do NOT buy a vehicle from here!!! Worst customer service around! Bought a vehicle with a “We Promise” to fix a heated seat that didn’t work. Almost a year later, it still isn’t fixed and we keep getting the run around. We are finally taking it to our Ford dealership, having them get the correct parts and install them and told them to bill Herman Motor for everything. Hopefully they get paid! Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!!!

I was on vacation when a service light came on that needed attention. I have a 2016 Winnebago with a Ford Transit as the chassis. I inquired at the service desk and they were able to take it in right away. About an hour later they had fixed the issue and had me back on the road! Now that is Great Customer Service! Thank you to Herman Motors!!
