“I had a great experience. I brought my car here with a suspected misfire coil. They fixed it and double checked everything. He explained all the work he did in detail and took the time to go over some potential future issues related to the car trouble. He even added oil, without charging extra. The only criticism is that my gas was almost on empty (he did have to drive it around to make sure the problem was fixed).”
“We had an exceptional experience with the service department at this dealership. We were stranded ~500 miles from home with a flat tire due to a bent/cracked rim on a Sunday afternoon. When I called early Monday AM to see if they could help us source a new rim, Joel in service quickly went to work, found a matching rim at a local scrap yard, had someone pick it up, and we were patched back toghter before lunch and back on the road home.
