I'm a new customer, but I've had them work on my 1992 Lincoln Town Car several times over the last month. Each time it is serviced with great skill, timeliness and professionalism.
I initially had them do an alignment and an oil change, but they noticed it was leaking coolant pretty significantly, so they did a pressure test and found the culprit, a leaking coolant crossover pipe. I had them replace that faulty pipe, install a new water pump and new intake manifold gaskets. There was a minor concern after I picked it up, but they addressed it without complaint and got it running like a Swiss watch.
Lastly, it has had an issue with the shifter for eons and they were familiar with it, since they experienced that while they drove it after the coolant issue was fixed. I had them fix that just yesterday and the shifter hasn't felt this well in years. Yesterday, we were expecting some heavy thunderstorms and potential hail and they kept my car inside overnight. That is a great level of courtesy!
I'm very happy with their service and would gladly recommend them.
I've been working in the automotive business since 2006 and know good service when I see it and these guys are rockstars!

I called and asked how much it would be to replace my idler pulley. He said he wanted to bring it in and look at it first. I told him Ryan Chevrolet already diagnosed it and told me it was the idler pulley. He wanted to argue and tell me that they still need to look at it. Why can't they just fix the problem? Extra charges for diagnostics? Beware!!

I think they only want to sell tires.They wouldn't remove a screw in tread and plug tire. But, they were friendly!

I definitely wanted to share the positive experience I have had with this place. They helped me when I needed a tire fixed quickly. Their communication was appreciated when I needed to make a choice about our trailer wires. And they fixed a very old wagon that I thought was not repairable.

Can’t judge them on their work. But the pricing is very steep. I needed brakes and rotors they wanted almost $1300 for all 4. Also wanted plugs and wires for the same 2008 impala which they quoted at $630. I brought it to JMS auto in Winsted which I’ve used in the past under $1200 for both services. If your looking for a cost friendly place I’d suggest going elsewhere.

The people there were very nice but they are very very high priced costed me a hundred and some odd dollars for them to put a valve stem in my car tire when I could have went somewhere else and paid maybe $20 I believe my total was like $136 and all they did was put a valve stem on and my tire on my car

Carefully who you see there, said they tried to bleed my brakes and couldn't charged me 120$ and I know that they didn't even try. There is no evidence of a wrench even touching any bleeders.Yes I'm positive, you can look up my name in your system. I know that they didn't even try because I accidentally left my socket on the bleeder valve and it was still there when I left and I asked your techs to look and see if the socket was still there and they said no. But I checked when I left and it was definitely still there.

Camping trip planned for Labor Day weekend, doing our checks on our trailer and found a screw in the tire..... West Hennepin got us in within a hour and fixed the tire! Great service! Fast response! Will be back!
