Great service, very prompt and not terribly expensive. Detailed information and receipt provided. Very friendly people in the phone and the driver was super cheerful and helpful as well. If needed would use again.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE!!! They told me they would air up my rear tire, which probably went flat after they towed it, and the battery was down to 0V. He jumped it with a quick charger, and it would not stay running, even though my alternator was indeed charging. I tried to explain to him that it needs at least 10V to run the ECU's required to keep the vehicle running. He kept telling me, "You have another problem!! I am a mechanic!!!" All I needed was a jump from another car for about 5 mins, and it would've be fine. I had it towed from there, to my home. I did exactly that. I jumped it from my friend's car, and left the cables on for 5 mins, and it stayed running!!! I also aired up the tire, and it hasn't lost any air yet. The truck has been starting and running flawlessly, since I did that. I am disputing their charges with Wells Fargo, because that is just HORRIBLE service, and absolutely no respect!!! The man was flat out refusing to help me!!! And they closed at 4:30pm, so I had almost no time to get it towed out of there by another service. This man even had another battery sitting there on a shelf, just like mine. I begged him to sell me the battery, and he said, "Do you have your own tools? My mechanics don't loan out tools." I needed a 10mm and a 12mm. That's all. Could've done it in less than 5 mins, but he wouldn't even sell me the battery anyway. UNBELIEVABLE!!! NEGATIVE STARS!!!!

I have used these guys multiple times, but I have to say that when my father was in an accident this spring after an ice storm, they were the ones that came to the rescue. They also were very understanding that our insurance company was not very excepting of the storage fees and worked with us to make it right thank you Burda for being an excellent Rodgers business!

I have had to use their towing service a few times over the last 10+ years. Each time they came quickly and the person doing the rigging was knowlageable about what they are doing. Would recommend.
