Loretto Auto Body just worked on a car I purchased for my son for his 16th birthday. It is a 2006, so had a rip in the drivers seat and the side mirrors were heated and had turned color over time. They installed new leather seat covers and new side mirrors which made the car look good as new! The work was beautiful and a very affordable price. The owners are wonderful people who truly care about their work and their customers. Do not hesitate to bring your car here!

I had some paint repair work done on my car recently. They did a nice job at a reasonable price. I had to go back a couple times to correct some reassembly issues and they were friendly, accommodating and professional. Highly recommended.

The whole crew at Loretto did a fantastic job on my truck. They accommodated last minute requests for more work and got the truck done flawlessly and ahead of schedule. Well worth the hour drive! They even coordinate the rental for me for pickup and return at the body shop. Greatly appreciate the frequent updates and progress pictures!

These guys are really nice to work with and did a great job on our car. They did a number of rust repair spots and it turned out great. We had an issue during the process where some parts that we dropped off got misplaced. We both had some responsibility because the hand off wasn't handled well by both sides. They handled the conflict well and we compromised on a resolution. They were very good to work with, even through the conflict. I would definitely use them again in the future. Very nice family business and quality work!

Just dropped off a car this morning and I am amazed at the incredible customer service! They are a family-owned business that genuinely cares. They got back to us within 2 hours of dropping the car off. I will update as our experience continues but just had to throw out a positive note as I am amazed!UPDATE: We picked up the car and whoohoo - it looks fabulous! Reasons we are pleased with this family-owned shop:1) Terry was an incredible communicator.2) The total cost was less than the total quoted.3) The outcome was better than we envisioned.4) The quick turnaround.5) The ease of picking it up after hours.6) The trust we felt immediately when we arrived at the shop.Highly recommend this shop!

The rear passenger side of my Mini Cooper SE was smashed in and we took it here to get it fixed. Every person we talked with there were friendly, kind, and helpful. They quoted us 1-2 weeks for it to get fixed and it was done in a week and a half. We are very picky with details and we were pleased with the end results. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.
