These guys were prompt and showed up on time. The work seems good so far.
On the otherhand, their estimation and price is worth a poor review. On the initial call, I mentioned the work that was needed. Tom quoted it'd be about an hour of work.
Once the service man came out, he mentioned that it'd be beneficial to get another guy out here to trench and adjust the lines. It would take them an hour to complete the work.
That seemed reasonable. Tom showed up about 20 minutes later, completed the work, and left early for the other serviceman to finish the job.
The serviceman went over what was done adjusted the system. I asked about the bill, and he mentioned it should be an hour of work for a 2 man job. He couldn't give me the bill then, but they would email the bill.
Well, the bill came. and it was about triple the original estimation, and 150% of what the serviceman said it'd be.
I reviewed my cameras, and timings, and it didn't match up with the billing by the hour. When I brought this up, I got a rude response, basically, don't call us back.
Be warned about their billing practices!

Feel free to contact me to schedule a time to review my camera footage on your arrival time and departure time. Also, I did pay in full. This was done Prior to my review.

Irrigation Services arrived on time and performed the services needed in a very timely manner. Explained in detail, to me, what was done and also what more I could do to improve my system. Tom was very professional. Will definitely use them in the future.

This melodramatic business owner displayed unprofessionalism in slandering my neighbor as well as other irrigation companies. Acknowledged he broke the intake pump upon removal last fall and refused to fix it this year-but charged us. Did not display grace, humility, trustworthiness or professionalism, and used his energy to complain about his employees out sick with COVID and how backed up he was. They installed our system 25 years ago and we have had a great system. They have been an excellent company to deal with. Very pleased.
