All staff of this brunch was very helpful, expecially manager David Shingledecker, who spent a lot of time with me in order to clear all the issues. He showed a lot of knowledge and desire to help in difficult situation. For that ,I want to say Thank You. No, they don't have branches all over the state and country, but we got past that within weeks. Having tellers who know you by name, kind and generous owners you see involved in the daily life of the town, and fellow friends and associates who frequent the bank make it feel like good family all the time. “I phoned MNLB late p.m. asking if there was ample time to rectify an ATM/Debit Card issue. Brittany eased my concern, conveying the Bank was open for another hour and took immediate ownership of my call.Brittany provided exceptional service with her upbeat/can-do attitude, making me feel like I was her only client. It wasn’t until the very end I discovered she was leaving very shortly to enjoy the beautiful 2023 summer day, being more interested in how I spent this lovely day. “I am so happy that US Bank decided to put a branch in Mound. It saves me the trip of having to go all the way to Wayzata. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help with other services, such as Notary or fax services. Doug helped me out today with one of theses additional services after cashing a check. The small lobby is always clean and bright. They offer complimentary soda, water or coffee if you would like a drink. Most often there is little to no wait and if there is, it is short. Time for a cup of coffee! It's great having these services in Mound!”
“My husband and I both have our business accounts with Old National and bank at the Wayzata location. We consistently receive the most friendly service. Most employees know us by name and make us feel like valued customers. I notice that this is commonplace there as they seem to know most people walking into the lobby as well as at the driveup. This type of service and recognition is rare and has even saved us from a fraud attempt for a large amount of money, Thanks so much to Hope, Greg, Cindy Amrita and anyone that We might be missing. “As much as it pains me to write this down I have to give Wells Fargo Rogers Minnesota a good review. I made a payment through bill pay that was clearly confirmed but never delivered. After dealing with 150% complete incompetent humans with the 800 numbers and the idiots that do not understand ENGLISH or I CAN NOT understand them. I decided to go into the Rogers Minnesota branch. Pam Kurey (teller) was awesome. She did what she was able to do and then directed me to Ethan the branch manager. I sat with Ethan for about 15 minutes and after a total of 45 minutes being at the branch everything was taken care of 100% and efficiently. Like I said it pains me to say this and to give Wells Fargo a good review but they deserve it this time.”
