The workers here get way too much hate. It's a tiny post office. The workers do the best they can and they have always been super nice to me. If you knew how stressful this job was you'd understand. I have nothing but good things to say. Probably some of the nicest post office workers I have encountered.

Rude employee with tattoos seems like she hated her job. Was telling me that a box that was printed on the bottom 14x12x10 was incorrect and it was an inch bigger all around. First time I had a problem here but I hate rude people. She was rude to the old guy ahead of me also. Almost forgot to give me my receipt, I had to remind her.

I'm not sure what's going on with mail delivery? It's super late or no delivery at all...it would be nice to notify mail customers of this. But left in the dark, like the mail ! Not a very good business.

I'm unsure of what's going on with our lonsdale post office?Mail delivery is much later, multiple deliveries a day,And packages not arriving on time.I hope they can get it worked out, for themselves and for the costumes sake.Truthfully I miss our old neighborhood carrier!

Honestly extremely disappointed with the customer service and deliveries. I got a notification that my package had been attempted to be left at my door but they were unable to access it. It’s June and there is no issues getting to my front door and I was home all morning so I know that they didn’t actually try. After sitting on hold for half an hour I went in to the office and they said that they must have mislabeled it because they had not attempted to deliver it due to it being oversized. So they brought it up to me and made me, being currently nine months pregnant, drag this oversized package to my car by myself because of them being unwilling to deliver it themselves and blaming a lack of access to my house. The least they could do was help me get it to my car.

After receiving the wrong mail, and having my mail delivered to the wrong address several times, I called the postmaster and reported a problem. Since that time, my delivery person is refusing to deliver my mail, using the excuse of too much snow in front of the box. The snow is no higher than any other neighbor, or the norm from the entire winter, and I let the delivery person know that I had major knee surgery a month ago and am physically unable to shovel in front of my box. At this point, the retaliation for reporting a problem is also a breach of the disabilities act. I haven't received any notice to pick up mail or any thing else, but there has been no delivery to my box for three days.
