I’ve been going for over a year and overall great experience. Had a terrible experience with PetSmart to the point where they rushed my dog to a emergency vet bc his nose started bleeding. Never brought him back, I call Pet Perfect and explained the previous situation and they treated my dog with extra caution. Have never had an issue and wholeheartedly trust them with all my dogs.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They treated my dog as if it was their own, and gave her the time she needed when her anxiety was through the roof (she's always been nail shy).

We started going to this place a year ago because it was closer and more convenient for us. Wow, for all that they do for our dog Bailey for the price it's amazing! Everytime we bring him in he's so happy when he gets home and we love how the outcome looks on him! He's a miniature schnauzer, but since it's summer we decided to not get the skirt cut on him, but he looks so handsome either way! I'm so happy they opened up two locations because the people that work here are so talented!

What a great grooming experience! Even though our 11 month shepherd mix is very apprehensive about water, staff calmed her down and the result was a great smelling super clean puppy. At pick up, I was told that pricing was based on the fur of the dog and since she has "lab fur" it didn't cost as much. Thank you for the honesty! We'll definitely return.
