Not only did I do business here, I worked for these people. Aside from being among the finest humans (not employers) I have run across in life, They taught me some very important lessons:
Lead from the bottom, give them what they need: Don't only lead your people, but take on the most difficult and dirty tasks yourselves. Not only to set the finest example, but to leave your highly talented staff in a position to put their "Heart into their Art". I believe every Tech who has worked here likely feels similar. That's why the guys I worked with a decade ago are still there after I moved away. And they the best, being distributed jobs by specialty
Keep some parts on hand to keep things rolling and reduce customer inconvenience and make things happen. Keep tooling and shop updated, supplied, and current to help customers and employees both . Things a shop owner doesn't "Have" to do.....,
Try on your customers shoes: You aren't advising for your businesses' financials, Advise your customers as if you were in their position and writing that check . They pay you for THAT knowledge.
How does this relate to you getting your car fixed here?? A strong foundation makes a steady house. Good ethics and procedures flow throughout.
Are you looking to buy "Parts and Labor"?,
.... or are you looking for help , Compassion, and concern for your issues, your family, you getting back rolling to get to work tomorrow? ......That's the life these people live. You can go where the leaders never had a toolbox or got their hands dirty, or you can come here ....

I had a terrible experience. I hate to write this even. I brought my Tahoe in, never had been here before, but the reviews were great and was close by, they happily took me in, gave me a loaner for 10.00 and after a week of having my Tahoe I was told it was done and could pick it up. It was about 300.00. It was a Friday. Late afternoon. I get into my Tahoe. Start to drive it. And it starts to do the exact same issue. I call them back. They are closed. Easter weekend. I was forced to take it to a dealership the next day. I couldn’t go without a vehicle. I’m a single mom of 3. The dealership charged me around 700.00. But it was fixed. I called this place again. He told me to bring in the invoice from the dealership to see what could be done. He didn’t want me to go unhappy. I work everyday till 430. And they were closed. I finally had my BF take the invoice in. They made me sound crazy. Wouldn’t refund me a dime. I am and was so incredibly upset. Worst service I have ever had. I had been emailing. Calling. They never returned any of my emails. Then they refuse to refund anything. They didn’t fix anything. And I paid 300.00. I would just stay away from them. Many other companies out there that won’t to do this to you.

I took my car into Greatwrench on 2/20/24 to make an appointment for repairs and left in a loaner car. Jake put it up on the lift and said it wasn't safe to drive. I picked up my car on 2/21/24 with new rear upper control arms. I can't say enough good about Jake, Wendy and Jolayne. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Thank you Greatwrench!

My starter went out during a very cold Christmas weekend, every shop was closed the following Monday, except Great Wrench. I needed the work done ASAP, Jake came and picked me up to get a loaner vehicle for work and I had my truck towed in. Fixed all issues within a day or two, I didn’t miss out on a single day of work. I want to shoutout GreatWrench Auto Repair ? … my car had a flat tire and I couldn’t drive it to their shop; they were kind enough to come to my house, put air in the tire, drive it to the shop and get it patched up! ☺️ They were so helpful and I’m thankful we have such a great auto repair shop in town!
