Times are weird, what with most stores only being able to do Curbside pick up. I called requesting they pull a large list of items (including lumber, which had me nervous that they'd give me all the pieces everybody else didn't want). Some of my personal highlights: "Dark gray oil based paint, any dark gray, or if you have a tinted gallon of any other color returned I'd take that, I'm not picky." "Uh, galvanized framing and roofing nails. Um, I'm really not sure on size." "Door hinges. Um, they're for a 2x3 door?"Jenny was an absolute saint. Everything she picked was exactly perfect (minus the hinges were too small but, come on, that was definitely on me being unhelpfully vague.) She had to order in a couple items, and they were exactly what I had in mind, even with my vague descriptions. I requested a few dozen 1x4's and 2x4's, and I'd be lying if I told you any of them were unusable.All-in-all, I was blown away by their customer service and Jenny's knowledge. They have definitely gained a customer for life.

Still confused on the trailer we rented that costed us $70 more than we paid the last time we rented the SAME trailer for $29 about two months ago, and I know it's the same trailer because the damn lights still don't work on it probably because every wire on it is electric taped up! This is the fourth time we have rented equipment from you and this will be the last! So very disappointed!

Asked for delivery on a Wednesday. No call, no show. Then they promised it would come Thursday. It came Thursday but it was the wrong stuff. Said it would come Friday, never showed up. We had people come from out of town to help us build our deck but didn't have the right material. Salesperson said the we could get the material Monday. When we pushed him because we needed to build this weekend he coordinated so we could pick it up from their supplier. We did this because we had no choice. Drove 50 minutes north, loaded material for 30 minutes, and drove 50 minutes back. Not satisfied.

The employees are knowledgeable and they helped me - step by step - through my building project from initial design to completion. They are local and always my first stop when needing building supplies, fixtures, tools, or help with DIY projects.
