Ignorant workers don't listen to basic instruction and are rude
Told me tank needed washout and scale ticket. Lied on both. Come back and they're loading another one of my company's tanks, told him stop loading because that trailer has a brake problem, refused.
Absolutely ignorant staff, making sure they get billed for my time waiting and time in the shop for this idiocy when if one incompetent guy would have listened this wouldn't have happened
