Went back into store with Pizza that was so greasy it went through the box and stained table top cover, also wasn't even cut. Went back into store to see if problem could be resolved but staff treated it like it wasn't a big deal. Coming from a person who use to make these Pizzas at Little Falls Casey's. I would never have given that pizza to a customer. *DO NOT BUY FROM HERE* GO TO GRIFFS OR SOMETHING.

I tried ordering a pizza 20 minutes before the kitchen closed but I got a call back saying they closed down already. Even though during past times they’ve made the pizza for me. The dude on the phone said that they close the kitchen a little before 9 but this has happened to me before and they told me kitchen closes at 9. He said he has too much cleaning to do so they closed down early even though that’s his job. There’s no reason to shut down early because you have too much to do. If you can’t handle doing your job then quit. If the kitchen closes earlier than 9 maybe not allow people to order online and waste their time. So far all my experiences here I have dealt with rude workers.

Called for delivery and was a little out of the way, they said I could pay by card and ABSOLUTELY did NOT have CASH on me, when the driver came some older short dude with brown and facial hair gave me my food and said I needed to PAY HIM a delivery fee, i told him how they said on the phone I could pay by card and already have gotten charged for the card, we where litterly by thunder lodge! Not that far griffs deliver to us and you can't!, not only that but the dude decided to stand there and stare at me until i payed HIM cash, I ended up calling the store and having not to pay him but this made me feel absulutey uncomfortable and was VARY UNACCEPTABLE, i honestly felt threatened in a way...

Those cooks are the worst, I went in today to pick up my order but it wasn’t ready (not even started) and when I asked for it to get cancelled since i had little time to get to work the cook started cursing at the other guy. Worst service ever

We always order caseys never had issues until recently our order was two hours late the last time and today our order comes all smashed in the box. I called down to store some dude thought he would give excuses as to why the pizza was smashed I then preceeded to tell him about our last order being late and he leaves me on phone not even listening to me then hangs up the phone after leaving me on for 6 mins0 Work ethic

Your store hung up number times on me & then finally answered and yelled the kitchens closed and slammed the phone down…website says open till 10, it’s 9:17 on Wednesday July, 19th

We Ordered Pizza last night. I saw a familiar face again. (The delivery guy that I wish I remembered his name). He is so personable. He remembers everything about last stops, it's clear he loves his job. I'm also working in the same kind of field, I can't stress how important that is. He has been there for like 6 years. Pizza is always so great! All the employees are awesome. I go out of my way to give them my business.

Worst experience with Delivery driver. My order had not been delivered so I called Casey’s and the person who answered said that the delivery driver called several times. He stated he called several times and that a Verizon message was given. 1st of all we don’t have Verizon we have T-Mobile. So, he was sent back with the food. He was rude and the food was opened when we received it. I called to let them know about the situation and all they said was sorry. Nothing to be fixed. Paid for food that was opened afraid he did something to it. Never again will I order from there and no one should either. Worst customer experience.

Casey’s is known for clean restrooms throughout the mid-west, I’m trucker and have been to soo many Casey’s in MN,AI,NE,KS,IL,WI,MO and all their restrooms are spotless..???
