This office didn’t notify me about the parcel that came for me from another country - from Ukraine, and this office sent the parcel back to Ukraine. This office returns my orders from China back to China. I am not happy with the Long Lake Minnesota Postal Office.

Horrible Place. Will try to make it short. Important mail often comes open I was told it is just damage , never attempted to deliver packages I need to go pickup at the store every time. I wile ago I send out some holiday card and none of them got to destinations which makes sense to think they were lost/disposed or whatever at our Long Lake location since none reached the addressee. I dropped off a package with prepaid label and my mistake I didn’t get the receipt and now the package is missing it actually never left the postal office. What is wrong with you people?

I think its time for you guys to retire. So I send a package that was returned to me with a sticker saying it is 4lb I paid for 3lb. I placed it on scale couple times before I went back to office GUESS WHAT the man puts it on scale and say I see 3lb but than he says let me reset the scale and afterwards he say oh yah it is 3lb and so many oz, I asked him couple times to show me how many more oz is it , SO MANY sounds like Many. He says 1oz , I said ok I want to see and here you go the scale shows 3lb 0.5 aftwr he resets it , im sure he did something to add a little more numbers to the scale since first time he said it says 3lb. Instead of apologizes he kept leing his way out. I paid 13.90 for the original 3lb label and than I paid $2 more for 0.5 oz . not just that I have been patience for 10 years the overall service is horrible. Important documents usually come open and ripped. PEOPLE YOU NEED TO RETIRE AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAN OFFER BETTER SERVICE.

Ryan went out of his way to personally find a package that was delivered to the wrong address ( mistakes happen) I certainly didn't expect him to personally go check mailboxes near the scanned location then hand deliver it back to me at my job- GREAT customer service. 5 stars!

I have been in the AZ area for about 10 weeks, & I'm grateful & happy, that the folks there, several times, made sure I received mail that was snafud by a couple vendors.

Long Lake MN. The lady who always works at the front desk is always so disrespectful to me. Not sure why, as I strive to be as kind and respectful to her. I use to visit here regularly and never had a good experience with her. 5 years later, I visit again and still as rude as ever. Baffles me how she still works there!!!

Never had a problem there. Hold mail has been perfect. Employees do their job and seem friendly. I've had totally lousy service from a PO branch in Chicago. Long Lake is AAA compared to that.

The entrance to this building is really super gross. The entrance, inside and out, is COVERED in spider webs. Every time you walk in and out, you have to pass under several gigantic spiders that are right above the door, outside. The sides of the doors are covered in webs full of bugs. Same on the inside. Really disgusting. Service is OK. There are some nice employees, but others (mostly males) could brush up on their customer service skills. The counter seems to be unattended quite a bit when I go in, and it seems to take a while for someone to come up. I go here only because, obviously, it's the only Post Office in town.

Twice I have mailed the same document to the same address. First time - they added postage to return it to me. Second time I weighed and paid for priority mail and it's been 10 days and still not arrived . Never use USPS if it matter
