Astonished that this gentlemen has overwhelmingly positive reviews. Went in for a scheduled estimate and when I arrived he said he wanted to leave early. He eventually looked at my car and told me he would give me a written estimate in a week. It’s been two weeks and after much follow-up, still nothing. Just called to find out that he wasn’t interested in working on my car, but didn’t have the common courtesy to tell me.

Parking in underground garages is hard, especially when it's dark and you're in your 90s! My mom had swung too wide and did in her front bumper. We took the car to Charlies Auto Body and we're really glad we did! He did a fantastic job on the bumper, pulled out a dent in the front quarter panel that had been there for about a decade, and generally spruced up the car. It looked beautiful! And when we went to sell it, we were able to get top dollar for it. Charlie took care of my mom, going over and above.

The owner of this “business” is awful to deal with. He is rude and not personable at all! I would much rather let my vehicle stay damaged than let this place even touch it. Buyer beware!
