We had Joe Wiczek out to our place with Hallmark Rep to inspect engineered wood flooring product due to concerns that it was not as advertized (1 mm top layer thickness versus 3 mm advertized). After that we were completely ghosted and cannot get anyone to respond to our concerns. Even filed a complaint with BBB and MN State Atty General's Office, with no response from Wiczek's! BUYER BEWARE!

They damaged our newly remodeled house during the install, claiming “recently painted baseboard damages more easily”, and that it was to just be accepted.Carpet is already coming apart after a couple months and it was very expensive carpet.

Terrible customer service! Disorganized. Information was lost. Dates and times of installment were consistently wrong. When we asked for help choosing a durable floor that could withstand dogs and heavy traffic, they sent us home with an engineered pine flooring that was scratched and gouged after only a couple of weeks. When we asked them to contact Hallmark and file a complaint, Joe Wiczek ignored our calls and emails. They refused to help us after a year of requests. If anything goes wrong, they will NOT work with you!

ZERO! Joe ****** will completely ignore you if you call and ask for assistance. DO NOT buy flooring from this business! We asked for assistance in buying a hardwood floor for our new home. We told them we have two dogs and a high level of traffic in the summer. Joe encouraged us to get an engineered flooring and didn't say anything about the soft texture of PINE when we picked up the Hallmark brand sample. Our floor was installed a year ago and has severe damage, scratches and splintering. I've been calling, texting, emailing for months and they refuse to respond to my calls and emails. I'm being completely ignored! Their Distributor, Mark, also refuses to talk to me. Disgusting!! This is no way to run a business! 0 Stars as far as I'm concerned!

I asked for some really tough to find items, but they worked tirelessly to ensure that I got everything I asked for. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Would definitely do business with them again!
Edit: the flooring was gorgeous, and was a great match for the existing flooring I tied into. The finish I got from them was the best in the business, and gave a beautiful result. I literally couldn't ask for a better experience!
